Our Equipment

65000ft.lbs of torque nut buster

The only one in of this type in Australia. This high powered nut buster couples onto both of our remotely operated ridged strip down and assembly benches. it enables a safe and efficient way to remove end nuts and allows us to assemble the end nuts and tighten to the rod to the manufactures individual specifications.

12m and 6m remote-operated ridged strip down and assembly bench

These 2 separate benches are designed to take maximum length cylinders of foor with a max barrel diameter of with safety in mind the operator can lower the cylinder onto the benches by the 5 ton overhead crane. then move the barrel along the bench via a hydraulic carriage. this process can be done with the operator using an electric remote control. any testing and purging of the cylinders can be done out of harms way. all excess oil and contaminants are contained within the benches 3000 lt storage tank.

Automated honing machine

An important process when minor scores and pits are found within a barrel. this process can save the customer $1000's of dollars and down time by being able to salvage cylinder barrels rather than remanufacture. being done in-house the cylinder barrel can go straight from the disassembly bench to the honing bench in minutes. this is a specialized process and the honeable diameter sizes ranging from 2 1/2 to 21" with an overall length of 8 mt. we also hone individual lengths to specified sizes.

Fronius automated welder

TIME 5000 Digital, a digitised high-performance welding process with all the associated benefits: 100 % reproducible welding results, modular system principle, digital microprocessor control and outstanding weld properties.this is coupled to an automated welding bench for welding rod eyes and ends to barrels. this provided one of the highest possible quality of weld. we also do ID and OD welding sizes range from 50mm to 250mm. then bored and or honed to suit individual specifications.

5000psi Hi Flow hydraulic test bench

As part of our process all cylinders and tested before and after assembly. with some species hydraulic cylinders require different testing procedures according to the manufactures requirements that can require dangerous pressures. the operator can operate some of the functions pressure functions remotely and at a safe distance. once cylinders have been tested the data is recorded for the clients satisfaction.

Nut & Gland Removal

The Nut Buster! Nut & Glands can remove and tighten from a controlled 500ft.lbs of torque, right up to an astounding 65000ft.lbs of torque
